Therapy is an ongoing and collaborative process. Together, we will regularly reflect on how you are doing and whether our work is helping you move toward the goals that brought you to therapy. Progress can look different for everyone. You may notice greater understanding of yourself and your emotions, less distress, healthier ways of responding to difficult situations, improved relationships, or changes in how you think, feel, and behave in everyday life. I also welcome your feedback about what feels helpful and what does not. If an approach does not seem to be meeting your needs, we can adjust our focus or explore a different way of working together. Therapy should be responsive to you, rather than expecting you to fit a particular approach.
Most clients begin with weekly sessions. We can adjust the frequency together as your needs and goals evolve.

A free consultation is a low-pressure way to ask questions and see whether working together feels right.
